Houston Community College implemented its corequisite model for English, Math, and other credit-level disciplines in Fall 2016 as mandated by House Bill 2223. The presenters will discuss the successes and challenges of meeting this mandate and the opportunities it has afforded our students. Some of the discussion will be a short narrative of the planning and implementation of the model. Some of the discussion will show the statistics of student success and struggle through Tableau. Finally, we will discuss the continuation of the model through the Covid-19 crisis.
