For a full Film Friday on Up To The Minute, Randee Ramsey, executive director of Southwest Alternate Media Project (SWAMP) and HCC Film faculty, returns as guest host – along with guest co-host Julye Newlin, HCC Filmmaking professor and SWAMP Board member. Together, they discuss SWAMP’s Young Filmmakers Bootcamp, currently inspiring inventive young minds at HCC’s Alief-Hayes campus. Also, Alfred Cervantes, executive director of the Houston Film Commission, gives an update on the wide range of film, TV, and streaming productions set in Houston.
