Metaverse Summit

The Metaverse Summit: An Interactive Exploration of the Future Now for high and middle school students was a remarkable event.  We are very thankful for the collaboration with HP and many in their EDU team.

The event focused on teaching students the basics of coding and programming, and how it can be used to create immersive experiences in the Metaverse. Additionally, the students learned about sustainable practices and avatar creation, and how all these are shaping the future of technology.

The Summit also gave students the chance to experience Virtual Reality (VR) firsthand by using VR goggles and STEM VR apps. This allowed students to enter a simulated world and experience a new level of immersion.

The organizers plan to hold more events like this in the future, including a summer camp, to give more students the opportunity to learn about the Metaverse and the skills needed to be part of it. Overall, the Metaverse conference was an excellent introduction to the future of technology and a great way for students to get hands-on experience with coding and programming.
