Fred Becker— Criminal Justice System

HCC Government professor J. Danielle Bachan brings Mr. Fred Becker  to HCC Northeast to talk to students about our Texas Government book and course content. His talk covers the justice system, correctional programs/facilities, justice topics and the courts.  Mr. Becker's unique experience as a Warden and as a Federal and Texas officer will allow him to cover many topics covered in HCC MPA government class.
