My name is Danielle Williams. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I’m a sophomore in the Southwest Honors College at HCC. I’m the Honors College Club President and a Phi Theta Kappa member. I’m also the Black Life Studies Club Treasurer. I’m a theatre major. I spend most of my time dreaming about performing on the big stages in New York when I can pursue my love of singing and acting. Fun fact about me: I was a girl scout for 13 years. I am a bronze, silver, and gold award recipient in Girl Scouts. After being in scouts, it helped shape my way of thinking about the world and my community-driven motivations. I’m still on a self-discovery journey in terms of my future. I hope to reach my dreams of opening my own theatre company, becoming a playwright, a well-known actress, and a black rights activist. Ultimately, I hope to inspire others, spread positivity and leave a legacy of goodness.
